We will try our best to provide care for you and your pets, but not all of our staff are English speakers.
If it isn’t emergency, please send an email and English-speaking veterinarian will reply.
Please make an appointment and come to our hospital.
If it is emergency, please visit us any day. Even English-speaking workers are not available, we will be here to help you as much as possible.
(We are closed on Thursdays.Our consultation hours are from 9:00AM to 12:00PM and from4:00PM to 7:00PM)
Price information
About price estimation
The total price of examination would include the first visit fee, re-examination fee, physical examination fee, other examination fees (such as blood screening), injection fee, treatment fee, medication fee, anesthesia fee, surgery fee, and hospitalization fee.
If an English-speaking veterinarian conducts an online consultation, there may be an additional fee in addition to the standard charges.
In order to provide the detailed examination, we would calculate what tests are necessary for your pet.
Prepayment
Prepayment would be required if surgery, hospitalization, and boarding are needed to be performed.
Credit Card and Barcode payments
We accept credit cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and more.
We also accept barcode payments such as PayPay and LINE Pay.
